• Perform remote coding on all inpatient admissions and outpatient visits assigned by VA Portland Health Care System (VAPORHCS). • Provide all labor, equipment, and supplies for coding medical records from VA Portland HCS. • Access VA Portland’s VistA/CPRS system to read and code medical records identified by Portland, and enter codes into the approved coding application. • Perform the services following coding guidelines and appropriate references. • Create reports, monitor coders, and make recommendations. • Code all cases no later than 7 days after receipt (outpatient) or 7 days after discharge date (inpatient). • Priority cases that are assigned will be required to be coded within one day of receipt.

• Provide remote support to other US staff and to CI customers • Aid in user account management, including but not limited to adding, removing, and maintaining account access to various resources • Apply customer service and customer support principles and methods • Install systems in customer organizations • Install primary and peripheral computer software and hardware • Troubleshoot and resolve problems on desktop computers, laptop computers, and/or applications or software for customers • Participate in remote chat service delivery regarding equipment configuration, operating systems, utility programs, and software applications • Test and debug programs according to detailed requirements and submit results • Provide support in customer service, help resolve user accounts, and troubleshoot the configuration of software and/or Operating Systems • Provide support in testing software deployment by testing and submitting survey results

• Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring functionality, reliability, and accessibility for users • Configure system settings, permissions, roles, and hierarchies to meet organizational needs • Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to the LMS platform • Primary point of contact for LMS daily operations and end-user support • Maintains and monitors system performance • Partner with the team, instructors, and vendors to ensure optimal use of the LMS • Create, update, and deactivate user accounts as necessary • Monitor and troubleshoot user access issues, ensuring timely resolution • Provide guidance and technical support to end-users, instructors, and course designers • Publish and archive online or blended learning solutions, assign training curricula, and add and delete resources • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides for the LMS • Conduct training sessions for users, administrators, and course creators on LMS functionality

• Designing, implementing, and managing training programs that leverage subject matter expertise to enhance workforce skills and organizational performance • Collaborating with internal and external SMEs to develop curriculum, deliver training, and assess learning outcomes • Working with Journey Management Analysts/Junior Management Analysts ensuring proper assessment format, number of questions, and the levels of difficulty of the questions • Setting the time allotted to take the test/assessment and make decisions about scoring • Identifying what a test taker/participant must know to be competent in the respective subject and ensure the test/assessment questions align to the course’s Enabling Learning Objectives • Developing independent assessments and evaluation metrics and updates/creates TBKs • Ensuring content aligns with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices • Collaborating with subject matter experts and authors to resolve content issues and improve quality • Validating facts, data, and references to ensure reliability and credibility • Assisting in developing and updating editorial guidelines and templates • Supporting the creation of training materials, manuals, and other documentation as needed • Staying current with industry trends and standards relevant to the subject area

• Lead planning, execution, and closure of large-scale or high-impact projects. • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. • Manage project risks, issues, and changes; implement mitigation strategies. • Coordinate and supervise project team members and external partners. • Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders; provide regular status updates. • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, departmental, and organizational policies. • Monitor project performance; report on progress, deliverables, and outcomes. • Facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration. • Prepare and deliver project documentation and presentations.

• Provide logistical support and oversight for the Department of the Treasury, Office of Technical Assistance • Respond to high volume of Blanket Purchase Agreement call orders • Lead worldwide staffing and logistics operations • Coordinate staffing support and logistics tasks with OTA and subcontractors • Establish internal quality control protocols • Manage government property in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations • Lead submission of all deliverables including reports and ongoing compliance requirements
