About the Opportunity Our EnergyCo NSW Technical Services team is currently seeking an early-career professional to contribute to the delivery of major renewable energy and transmission projects that will shape NSW's energy future. Supporting the development of Renewable Energy Zones (REZ) and Priority Transmission Infrastructure Projects (PTIP), you'll undertake research, policy analysis, project coordination and stakeholder engagement to help inform strategic decision-making. While government or public sector experience is advantageous, it is not essential. This role would be particularly well suited to an Renewable Energy Engineering or Electrical Engineering graduate who is analytical, proactive and eager to learn, with an interest in energy, infrastructure and public policy. The Energy Corporation of NSW (EnergyCo) is a statutory corporation established under the Energy and Utilities Administration Act 1987 and governed by its Board, appointed by the Minister for Energy. • Oversee and coordinate Go-To-Market (GTM) and implementation activities internally across cross functional teams and externally with commercial sites. • Manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and cross-site alignment to maintain momentum and clarity of execution. • Act as the technical point of contact between health-system partners and Proximie's engineering and clinical teams, translating EHR/OR workflow and integration requirements into clear implementation plans. • Develop and maintain critical GTM documentation, playbooks, and supporting materials to enable repeatable success. • Track and report on progress, risks, and dependencies, providing visibility to key stakeholders and driving timely interventions. • Partner with EHR integration and AI governance teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and usability throughout each deployment. • Optimize internal resourcing through effective capacity planning for core contributors across the Intelligence Suite. • Support senior commercial leaders by owning technical and operational execution, escalating risks early, and enabling them to remain focused on strategic, customer-facing priorities. • Partner with Transformation managers and CSM to ensure timelines align to customer KPIs and expectations and are clearly communicated at a set cadence.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical and data-centric initiatives, ensuring projects remain aligned with scope, schedule, budget, contractual requirements, and organizational priorities. • Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams including Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, developers, and other technical specialists to deliver high-quality solutions. • Serve as a primary point of contact between client stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership, facilitating communication, issue resolution, decision-making, and alignment across competing priorities. • Manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, action items, and other project management artifacts required to support successful delivery. • Facilitate Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Collaborate with technical teams supporting data pipelines, ETL processes, data integration, data warehousing, data quality initiatives, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. • Support onboarding, training, operational rollout, and sustainment activities while driving continuous improvement in project delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. • Communicate project status, accomplishments, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into actionable information.

• Facilitate and lead test initiatives for a defined customer (internal or external) or user. • Provide full accountability for project schedules, project management, and performance requirements for infrastructure, test development and Framework level projects. • Responsible for ensuring all the NPI: Infrastructure, Server, Rack, GCTD (Global Cloud Test Development) test project requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood, and properly translated for execution. • Drive NPI: Server, Rack, GCTD test project/program tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule. • Support Infrastructure NRE planning, implementation, and coordinate with Factory teams. • Review NPI Server, Rack, GCTD test project schedules with functional managers allocated to NPI projects. • Obtain and summarize current test project information and milestone status versus project performance baseline. • Report NPI: SUT, RUT GCTD test project status, issues and implemented solutions as well as evaluations and assessments of the results. • Triage technical bugs and feature requests alongside engineering stakeholders for purposes of prioritization, resourcing, and tracking execution. • Management of GCTD test resource capacity and time tracking allocated to NPI test projects. • Accountable for overall NPI: Server (SUT), (Rack), GCTD test project success - including schedule, quality, and scope management. • Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the test department and with other Jabil facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the company. • Drive clear and consistent test project update messages for a variety of diverse audiences, ensuring relevance and effectiveness of delivery. • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
