• Support and manage in-flight commercial opportunities and assist in advancing them through proposal development and contract execution, building trusted partnerships with leading health systems, hospitals, and IDNs. • Maintain and update account records, tracking key contacts including decision-makers and clinical champions, to support deal progression and flag potential expansion opportunities to senior leadership within existing and pipeline relationships. • Support senior commercial leadership in engaging clinical and operational stakeholders and connecting Proximie's platform to measurable outcomes that resonate across the account. • Coordinate internally across Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and Product, ensuring every account benefits from a coordinated internal effort that drives retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value. • Maintain pipeline records and CRM accuracy to give leadership real-time visibility into deal health, conversion rates, and revenue trajectory. • Stay informed on relevant market trends and competitor developments to better support senior leadership's account and commercial strategy.
• Design, implement, and maintain HL7 interfaces (ADT, ORU, ORM, etc.) to support real-time and batch data exchange with customer EHR systems. • Rapidly stand-up file-based and HL7-based integrations to meet customer onboarding timelines and scalability needs. • Develop and manage ETL pipelines for transforming and validating clinical data from diverse sources. • Collaborate with customer IT teams to define integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployment. • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of exchanged data. • Work closely with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to align integration efforts with platform capabilities and customer goals. • Document integration workflows, data mappings, and technical specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee Go-To-Market (GTM) and implementation activities internally across cross functional teams in partnership with Delivery team and externally with commercial sites. • Manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and cross-site alignment to maintain momentum and clarity of execution. • Develop and maintain critical GTM documentation, playbooks, and supporting materials to enable repeatable success. • Track and report on progress, risks, and dependencies, providing visibility to key stakeholders and driving timely interventions. • Optimize internal resourcing through effective capacity planning for core contributors across the Intelligence Suite. • Support senior commercial leaders by owning operational execution, enabling them to remain focused on strategic, customer-facing priorities.

• Drive adoption of the Proximie platform within specified accounts to ensure a clear ROI is attained; resulting in renewals and expansions. • Engage with clinical, operational, analytical, and technical leaders to demonstrate the value that Proximie brings. • Achieve strong customer retention rates and drive measurable increases in product adoption and user satisfaction. • Lead technical product and clinical demonstrations to ensure current utilization of Proximie users. • Onboard and train new customers in the utilization of the software. • Ensure full utilization of system functionality and efficient workflows, identifying weaknesses/opportunities for improvement. • Support live, clinical utilization of the Proximie platform. • Build engagement and value through the platform across divisions and specialties.
• Lead and oversee the implementation and onboarding of new customers, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to full platform deployment. • Engaging with key opinion leaders, nurses, information technology teams, hospital administrators, senior leadership, and executive leadership within existing accounts to understand product adoption and utilization. • Performing analysis of customer process experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and further efficiency. • Collaborate with the customer stakeholders and operators to define key measures of success aligned with customer’s vision and strategy. • Mobilize internal functions (sales ops, product, customer service) to ensure delivery and achievement of set targets. • As the voice of the customer, you’ll provide valuable data and insights back to sales, product, engineering, and design teams allowing continuous innovation and an outstanding customer experience. • Own renewal and expansion targets, identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities in close partnership with the sales team. • Develop and deliver training programs to drive platform proficiency across customer organisations. • Help identify opportunities for account growth, working closely with sales leadership.
• Deliver, install, connect, configure, and test Proximie equipment, including Intelligence Suite hardware and computer vision sensors. • Support live clinical use of the Proximie platform in operating rooms, laboratories, and training environments. • Train end users on system functionality and integrated workflows. • Ensure optimal utilisation of system capabilities, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. • Participate in planning, testing, and cross-functional coordination meetings. • Maintain clear, consistent communication in line with Proximie implementation processes. • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support New Product Introductions (NPI), including the development and delivery of launch training. • Identify, manage, and escalate IT, hardware, or software issues promptly and appropriately.
