• Own the visual execution of campaigns - defining creative angles and developing full asset sets based on briefs from the marketing team • Design a wide variety of ad creatives and formats, enabling testing and iteration to improve performance • Design and adjust website visuals to support conversion and campaign goals • Create brand assets across channels - social media graphics, email banners, infographics, illustrations, ebooks, and print materials • Contribute ideas to help evolve and refine brand guidelines and visual identity over time • Stay informed on design trends, competitor work, and best practices to bring fresh creative ideas to the team
Job Requirements
- Strong visual design skills across formats - web pages, infographics, illustrations, ad creative, social media, print, and email
- Ability to translate a campaign angle or brief into compelling, on-brand visual assets
- Experience designing ad creative for performance/testing purposes (multiple variations, formats, sizes)
- Knowledge of organic social media formats and platform-specific best practices
- Proficiency in design tools
- Strong sense of visual identity and brand consistency
- Ability to collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate briefs and feedback into strong visual execution
- Strong attention to detail
