• Perform detailed skin, body, and color retouching while keeping a natural, realistic look • Adjust lighting, tones, and contrast for balanced, high-quality results • Remove distractions or imperfections (stray hair, wrinkles, dust, etc.) • Prepare and export final images for web and print • Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all photos • Organize and manage files efficiently to support the production workflow • Collaborate with photographers, editors, and creative team members

• Produce AI-generated video content end-to-end: concepting, prompting, generation, post-processing, and delivery • Develop and maintain prompt libraries, LoRA fine-tunes, and reusable production workflows • Work with tools across the full generative stack (Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, ComfyUI, ElevenLabs, etc.) • Collaborate with Marketing and Production teams to align content with campaign goals and platform aesthetics • Define and uphold quality standards for AI-generated output - consistency, realism, and visual coherence • Stay current with the fast-evolving AI video landscape and bring new tools and techniques into the workflow • Iterate quickly based on feedback, A/B results, and platform performance data
• Extract clean, high-quality keys from green screen footage, including challenging cases involving hair, motion blur, and mixed lighting conditions • Perform spill suppression, edge refinement, and matte cleanup to create seamless final composites • Deliver clean alpha channels and production-ready assets in agreed formats • Prepare master projects and render high-quality master files optimized for streaming platforms
• Lead a focused backend engineering team (~5 engineers) responsible for the Billing domain • Own delivery of the Billing Platform, including core billing orchestration logic and smart routing capabilities for financial operations • Own delivery and evolution of the Statistics service: video tracking, premium views calculations, trending calculations (videos/photos/actors/channels), and creator analytics (views, watch time, likes, premium seconds watched) • Own delivery and evolution of the Affiliates service: affiliate attribution/tracking and export of video feeds including affiliate link parameters • Own the premium budget calculation and distribution to creators (creator income per video) • Own the creator invoicing, payouts, and reconciliation workflows • Own the internal contractor invoice generation workflow (with payouts executed by accountants) • Drive design and evolution of payment and billing workflows, ensuring correctness, idempotency, consistency, and fault tolerance end-to-end • Partner closely with Product Manager and Tech Lead to translate fintech requirements into clear technical plans and realistic delivery roadmaps • Own execution predictability for the team (sprint planning, delivery commitments, scope management, quarterly planning) • Establish and maintain engineering processes that support reliable delivery (code reviews, incident handling, retrospectives, post-mortems) • Maintain high standards for financial system quality, including auditability, traceability, and data correctness • Build a strong, ownership-driven engineering culture with high accountability and attention to detail in fintech systems • Provide clear, structured reporting on progress, risks, and priorities to Engineering Leadership
• Guide creators from onboarding to first upload, first payout, and full activation on the platform • Build and optimize onboarding flows, educational materials, FAQs, and live support touchpoints • Own creator retention metrics (D30 / D90 / D180) and proactively manage lifecycle health • Identify at-risk or inactive creators and run structured reactivation and win-back campaigns • Act as the primary contact for creators, especially premium and high-potential partners • Run regular 1:1s, check-ins, and structured growth reviews with creators • Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with creators across US and EU markets • Build and scale a Creator Ambassador Program and support creator-led growth initiatives • Develop and maintain an active creator community space to drive engagement and advocacy • Collect and synthesize creator feedback and bring insights to Product, Content, and Leadership teams • Collaborate cross-functionally with Acquisition, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Content Review teams to improve end-to-end creator experience
