• Design, configure, and maintain SAP PP solutions • Collaborate with plant operations managers and supply chain leaders • Lead functional workstreams within SAP operations projects • Provide expert-level functional support for SAP operations-related incidents

• Analyze client segmentation and revenue data to identify trends, inform growth strategy, and uncover opportunities to deepen relationships and improve retention across the Wealth Solutions client base. • Analyze operational data — including team capacity, workload distribution, wait times, and demand trends — to identify patterns, surface actionable insights, and develop recommendations that drive continuous improvement across the Wealth Solutions organization. • Build and maintain models that track key operational and capacity metrics, support workforce planning and resource allocation, and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. • Partner with leaders across Wealth Solutions, Finance, and the Business Intelligence team to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and clear, concise outputs. • Develop and present crisp, well-structured analyses and recommendations to senior leadership — turning complex data into a compelling narrative. • Monitor client retention, revenue trends, and operational performance metrics; proactively flag risks and opportunities with supporting analysis. • Support the design and evaluation of initiatives aimed at improving advisor productivity, client experience, and revenue growth. • Collaborate with the BI team to leverage existing data infrastructure, and identify gaps where new data sources or reporting tools would enhance decision-making. • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by senior leadership, with the ability to move quickly and adapt to evolving priorities.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR), email security, and network security solutions. • Build, tune, and optimize detection rules, alert policies, and automated response playbooks using Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and related security platforms. • Support the onboarding of acquired entities into New Era's standard security stack. • Monitor security alerts and dashboards, investigate events, and escalate security incidents as required. • Assist with incident response activities, including containment, remediation, and recovery efforts. • Perform health checks to ensure security tools, agents, and alerting systems are functioning effectively. • Administer identity security controls, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). • Support vulnerability management activities, including scanning, tracking remediation efforts, and security reporting. • Collaborate with infrastructure, applications, and governance teams to implement security best practices. • Support compliance initiatives, audits, security assessments, and evidence collection for frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. • Maintain security documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks. • Research emerging security threats and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.

• Design end-to-end AI architectures that map to real business goals, not just technical possibility. • Architect AI solutions across common enterprise patterns: copilots, RAG and document intelligence, conversational AI, workflow automation, and multi-agent systems. • Design AI agents with tool calling, memory, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls - and know when not to make something autonomous. • Build AI-ready data layers: vector stores, semantic search, knowledge graphs, metadata, and RAG pipelines grounded in enterprise knowledge. • Integrate AI with systems of record (ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM, finance, collaboration tools) via APIs and event streams. • Drive AI adoption across the SDLC - AI-assisted design, coding, testing, review, documentation, and CI/CD - and measure whether it's actually helping. • Provide technical leadership: architecture standards, governance, mentoring, and client engagement.
