• Lead the installation, configuration, and production deployment of Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC). • Deploy and configure Strategy CMC within a Red Hat OpenShift environment. • Configure the new CMC environment to support existing on-premises Strategy reports, dashboards, security, and application functionality. • Validate application functionality, performance, connectivity, and overall production readiness. • Perform CMC configuration, tuning, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support. • Maintain Strategy CMC application and support containerized infrastructure after production deployment. • Develop operational procedures, documentation, and best practices for long-term platform support. • Mentor LANL middleware personnel on administration of both the OpenShift platform and Strategy CMC environment. • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure a reliable, secure, and maintainable production environment.

• Support a major enterprise transformation effort impacting core business capabilities across the laboratory, including finance, human resources, procurement, supply chain, data, integrations, and related IT services. • Support the IT workstream with a focus on the technical aspects of ERP implementation, including SAP S/4HANA, integrations, data platforms, Databricks, SAP Business Data Cloud, application interfaces, infrastructure dependencies, and technical readiness. • Provide project management leadership across the full project lifecycle using established project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Coordinate activities across internal IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, system integrators, the PMO, and Organizational Change Management teams to ensure technical work is aligned, tracked, communicated, and delivered successfully. • Understand complex ERP, data, and integration workstreams; independently track down information; drive accountability; and ensure ERP-related IT activities are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities for ERP Modernization IT workstream projects. • Manage project activities related to ERP technical scope, including SAP S/4HANA, data platforms, Databricks, SAP Business Data Cloud, integrations, interfaces, infrastructure, environments, testing coordination, and technical readiness. • Develop and maintain project plans, work packages, schedules, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports. • Track vendor and integrator deliverables, coordinate dependencies, and support review and acceptance of project work products. • Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items that could impact delivery. • Conduct project meetings and working sessions; document outcomes and ensure follow-through. • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, procurement, communications, and stakeholder expectations. • Translate complex technical information into clear project status, risks, actions, and decisions for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Drive day-to-day project operations within HR and Payroll workstreams to achieve program objectives. • Ensure timeline coordination and adherence to scope, plan of record, and project controls expectations (PCE). • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans and schedules, aligned with program milestones. • Collaborate closely with functional team members, SMEs, and workstream leads. • Identify, document, and manage workstream-level risks, issues, and dependencies. • Drive resolution of risks and issues within the HR/Payroll scope; escalate cross-workstream or program-level impacts as needed. • Coordinate with business owners, functional SMEs, and technical teams to ensure readiness and adoption. • Serve as the primary escalation point within the HR and Payroll workstreams, elevating broader issues to the Program Manager as needed. • Coordinate day-to-day activities with functional teams and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. • Organize and balance detailed workstream execution with broader program alignment. • Sense of strong ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity. • Proactive, collaborative, and effective at building strong partnerships across business, IT, and vendors.

• Edit, format, and quality-check Safety Basis documents. • Ensure documents comply with applicable DOE orders, standards, and site-specific requirements. • Improve clarity, organization, and consistency of highly technical material without altering technical intent. • Apply and enforce document standards, templates, style guides, and configuration management requirements. • Coordinate with authors, engineers, and nuclear safety analysts to resolve comments and improve document quality. • Support internal reviews, audits, and readiness activities by preparing documents for approval and submittal. • Track revisions, manage comment resolution, and maintain version control.

• Execute an enterprise-wide data strategy to modernize the core operational data store. • Transform legacy data environments into modern, cloud-native architectures. • Define data strategy, standards, and blueprints for migrating and integrating high-volume operational data. • Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across the enterprise. • Collaborate with ERP implementation planners, integrators, and institutional knowledge experts. • Support key institutional initiatives, including real-time analytics, AI/ML capabilities, and operational efficiency. • Work with cross-functional teams: business analysts, ERP functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams. • Lead architecture projects and provide technical direction to personnel. • Present architecture decisions to executive leadership. • Deliver safety-class, mission-critical software.
