Epicor ERP Administrator
Anova
• Serve as the primary administrator and functional owner of Anova’s Epicor Kinetic ERP environment • Lead the centralization of operations onto Epicor Kinetic, consolidating processes, data, and reporting across business units • Own system configuration, user roles, security, environments, and release management for Epicor Kinetic (cloud and related tooling) • Plan, test, and execute upgrades, patches, and new module deployments • Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Leadership • Proactively map current-state and future-state processes • Drive continuous improvement by aligning ERP capabilities with operational KPIs and strategic initiatives • Play a key role in Anova’s transition to Epicor Kinetic in the cloud • Collaborate with IT leadership to align Epicor architecture with broader enterprise systems and integration strategy • Design and maintain Epicor configurations, workflows, BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, and reports to streamline business operations • Develop and maintain operational and financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs within Epicor to support leadership decision-making • Lead ERP change management efforts by supporting adoption, communication, and training during rollouts
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of ERP administration or business systems experience, with meaningful ownership of an enterprise ERP platform
- Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, preferably Epicor Kinetic, in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment
- Strong understanding of core ERP domains such as: Finance (GL, AP, AR) Supply Chain & Inventory Manufacturing / Operations Order Management
- Experience supporting or leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
