Digital Asset Manager
YPO
• Lead the organization and day-to-day management of YPO’s DAM platforms. • Develop and maintain metadata schemas, tagging standards and folder structures to ensure assets are searchable and easy to retrieve. • Monitor asset uploads, usage, permissions and version control to maintain quality and compliance. • Manage integrations between the DAM and related systems (e.g. Hive, Adobe Creative Cloud, Cvent, OneDrive, Optimizely, etc.) • Establish clear policies and workflows for asset intake, approval, archiving and expiration. • Conduct regular audits to ensure content accuracy, permissions integrity and compliance with data security standards. • Track and report on asset usage, adoption and efficiency metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital asset management, marketing operations, creative production management or a related field.
- Deep understanding of metadata, taxonomy, file organization and version control principles.
- Highly proficient with DAM platforms (Box and Canto preferred).
- Experience managing system integrations.
- Familiarity with metadata standards, rights management and workflow automation.
