• Own the full sales pipeline: Source, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new crypto project sponsors, KOLs, and affiliates • Build and work a live prospect list: Drive outreach proactively via Telegram BD communities, Crypto Twitter, and conference floors • Manage concurrent KOL deal flows: Execute multiple KOL partnerships simultaneously • Ensure campaign execution lands: Coordinate with Banter's content and operations teams • Report performance with precision: Deliver detailed post-campaign reports to sponsors • Hit a hard number: Work toward a consistent $150k–$200k monthly revenue target

• Own the Narrative & Thought Leadership: You won't just post updates; you will identify and create the trending conversations, memes, and narratives that define the crypto cycle. • Deep Research & Synthesis: Work closely with our research and content teams to digest complex Web3 topics and translate them into sharp, high-value threads and posts. • Execute X-Native Copy: Write and post tweets, threads, and replies that balance wit, insight, and value to drive maximum distribution and reach. • Live Community Engagement: Engage directly with the crypto community in real-time—replying, quote-tweeting, and "bantering" with key accounts to maintain a dominant brand voice. • Drive Growth Outcomes: You are responsible for the performance of the account, using analytics to measure reach and engagement, then pivoting strategy to ensure we hit growth targets. • Collaborate for Distribution: Serve as "Mission Control" for our social presence, ensuring all content calendars align with major market events and company launches.

• Own the full-funnel architecture: Design and own the entire user journey, from paid acquisition strategy through to the channels and funnels that support the challenge business. This means building end-to-end campaigns, high-converting landing pages and email sequences that carry a lead all the way to sign-up. • Lead creative quality control: Own the hooks, angles and core performance copy. We don't run generic ads. You'll have a sharp eye for what makes creative work, partnering with designers and editors so every ad lands with the psychology of the target audience. • Drive performance and ROI: Be fully accountable for the commercial outcome of your spend. You'll track metrics daily to make sure we're generating revenue rather than burning cash, shifting budget and tweaking funnel logic based on hard data. • Set the audience strategy: Own the thinking behind the traffic. Identify new audience segments, run the warming strategy for our existing audience, and understand what someone is thinking when they click and how to move them through the funnel (simple quizzes, commitment hooks) to maximise conversion. • Execute lifecycle journeys: Make the transition from Meta lead to challenge participant seamless. Own the tools and tracking that keep users engaged from first click through to the final product.

• Edit video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X • Collaborate with producers and creative teams • Utilize AI-driven editing tools for efficiency • Add motion graphics and sound design

You will navigate platform restrictions by strategically positioning our offers as "trading" and "financial education" to ensure consistent delivery and avoid being blocked. • Own the Full-Funnel Architecture: You will build and manage the entire user journey, from initial click to final conversion. This involves designing Typeform quizzes, landing pages, and "warm-up" content that prepares cold audiences to commit to a challenge. • Lead Creative Quality Control: You will own the hooks, angles, and core performance copy. We avoid generic ads; you must have a sharp eye for what makes "good" creative, working with designers and editors to ensure our ads resonate with the target audience's psychology. • Performance Reporting & ROI: You will be 100% accountable for the commercial outcomes of your spend.
