Job Description

Strategic Enterprise Growth Director – Merchant Services

Deluxe

• Identify and penetrate a curated list of high-value enterprise accounts through networking and research • Lead all phases of the enterprise sales motion, including discovery, diagnosis, solution design, and delivery • Manage complex contract negotiations, ensuring favorable commercial terms • Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Implementation teams to ensure successful merchant onboarding • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends such as Interchange Plus Plus pricing models, PCI DSS compliance, and emerging fraud prevention technologies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance or related field
  • 10 years’ experience in enterprise relationship management, product strategy or business development with SaaS or payment solutions
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 10–15+ years of relevant sales experience focused on Enterprise Payment Acceptance (Acquiring, Processing, or Open Banking)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence CXO decision-makers
  • Deep knowledge of the global payments value chain, including settlement cycles, API-driven financial services, and tokenization
  • MBA is highly preferred
