Xentral ERP Software
• You manage and optimize our paid channels (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, META, Reddit). • You build a state-of-the-art tech stack using AI and automation (Claude, Manus, Go Marble AI, n8n, etc.) to increase output. • You are responsible for budget management and media planning with a clear performance focus and ROI accountability. • You lead a best-in-class creative strategy that addresses the pain points of SME retailers and generates demand for ERP software. • You ensure on-brand communication that clearly differentiates us from competitors and persuades through excellent copywriting. • You optimize landing pages, paid funnels, and cross-channel retargeting structures. • You are responsible for the tracking setup, including server-side tracking and attribution, and implement tools to ensure high data quality (e.g., Blotout). • You work extensively with HubSpot reports to continuously optimize cost-per-SQL and pipeline contribution. • You identify new paid growth opportunities and channels and test them pragmatically and in a data-driven way.

- You combine AI tools with outstanding creativity to achieve optimal results.
- You work closely with the Team Lead Demand Generation, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to continuously increase pipeline contribution, optimize cost per SQL, and sustainably scale growth.

Role Description Le chef de la cellule parc privé et locaux commerciaux met en oeuvre la politique départementale de prévention des expulsions domiciliaires dans le parc privé et instruit les dossiers de demande de concours de la force publique dans l'arrondissement de Lille. - Veille au bon fonctionnement des dispositifs et des outils de prévention, en concertation avec le chef de service, les collectivités territoriales et les partenaires associatifs. - Force de proposition pour améliorer les dispositifs de prévention grâce à son point de vue concret sur les causes de l'expulsion. - Assure la circulation de l'information interne et externe à la cellule, entre les agents et avec les autres cellules, services, pôles et directions de la DDETS, ainsi qu'avec l'ensemble des partenaires de la prévention.
