Growth Marketing Manager

• Execute P0 / P1 go-to-market campaigns across web, paid, email, social, and partner channels. • Translate strategy into: - Channel plans; - Asset requirements; - Execution timelines; • Manage campaign delivery end-to-end, from brief to launch to iteration. • Track and report on campaign performance, including engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence where applicable. • Maintain consistency and quality across marketing channels and assets. • Create and update campaign landing pages and supporting website content. • Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders on SEO initiatives. • Implement approved SEO recommendations and track resulting performance signals. • Track and report on website, email and campaign performance using established metrics and tooling. • Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to support launches, enablement materials, and campaign execution. • Support light social execution in partnership with the Director of Marketing.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years experience in B2B SaaS, AI, data, or adjacent technology.
  • Proven experience executing growth or GTM campaigns end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating direction into execution.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and performance-aware.
  • Seeing around corners and grounding yourself in data is second nature.
