Role Description Translator is a key position at Welocalize because of the fact that we, a localization company whose core business is software localization and technical translation, are "translating" IT products by a real meaning. About 40% of Welocalize staff hold this position and their performance decides the health of the company. Translator is also a position that brings up talents for other roles in the company, not only for language related jobs but also for management and business.
