• Maintain leadership, program effectiveness, and team productivity through consistent coaching, performance management, and sales enablement. • Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance, sales strategies, and partner engagement plans. • Lead a channel-focused sales program supporting distributors, value-added resellers, technology partners, and partner account teams. • Develop and execute strategies that improve partner activation, pipeline creation, account mapping, opportunity progression, and revenue attainment. • Ensure the team achieves client sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Partner with client stakeholders to align on program priorities, KPI expectations, sales plays, enablement needs, and performance improvement plans. • Identify market trends, channel best practices, partner ecosystem opportunities, and operational efficiencies to optimize program strategy and execution. • Support sales motions related to VoIP, UCaaS, cloud communications, collaboration tools, telecom services, or related technology solutions. • Drive adoption of sales process discipline, including account planning, partner segmentation, lead follow-up, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and performance reporting. • Oversee administration of MarketStar programs, policies, procedures, and practices. • Use Salesforce.com and analytics reporting to manage quality, productivity, pipeline performance, partner activity, and success against client goals. • Translate client expectations into clear team priorities, coaching plans, reporting cadences, and operational actions. • Build strong working relationships across internal operations, recruiting, training, reporting, client success, and sales leadership teams.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in sales leadership, account management leadership, channel sales, partner management, or technology sales program management.
  • Experience working with or supporting channel partners such as distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs, technology partners, or partner account teams.
  • Familiarity with VoIP, UCaaS, telecom, cloud communications, SaaS, IT services, collaboration platforms, or related B2B technology solutions.
  • Ability to understand partner sales motions, including account mapping, territory planning, pipeline development, partner enablement, and opportunity management.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, performance reporting, client management, and revenue accountability.
  • Experience with accounting, sales, finance, and human resources processes and procedures.
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct projects across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, partners, executives, and front-line sales teams.
  • Ability to present concepts, program updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to various audiences.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing client needs, and excel in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong coaching mindset with the ability to develop team members, reinforce process discipline, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Salesforce.com experience or experience using comparable CRM and reporting tools preferred.
