Senior Program Financial Analyst

V2X

Role Description Responsible for providing program financial support to the finance operations team. The position will support management on the preparation and coordination of all financial data requirements such as Annual Operating Plan, Budgets, Current years forecast and Estimate at Complete (EAC). Partners with Operational leadership as well as with Program Support departments to address all matters of financial consolidation and reporting. - Responsible for financial reporting preparation and consolidation to include coordination between the finance operations team and operational leadership. - Develop and maintain excel models to facilitate effective monthly and quarterly financial reporting. - Responsible to document and coordinate variance analysis explanations. - Analyze trends and metrics to develop automated solutions and process improvements for the financial reporting process. - Drives consistency in financial reporting processes by proposing best practices across programs. - Responsible for ad hoc analysis, preparation, and coordination for both finance and operational leadership. - Coordinate internal and external audit requests with the finance operations team. - Month end close for portfolio of programs including the project controls. - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. - 6+ years of Accounting/Finance experience. - Experience working in Defense/government contract accounting preferred. - Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. - US citizenship required. - Experience in OneStream, Oracle Hyperion preferred. - Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and related financial applications. This role builds and sustains relationships with high-value referral sources, tracks shifts in the private-pay behavioral health market, and develops the referral pipeline that fuels the Signature Program. Success in this role depends on protecting the premium experience clients expect from Brookdale while expanding access to it. This requires partnering closely with clinical and admissions teams, internally, and earning trust with referral partners who serve a discerning client base, externally.
