Program Manager – Content Strategy, Communications

• Develop clear, concise, and actionable customer communications for new product features, updates, and service changes. • Manage change communications through an enterprise product-notification platform. • Partner with engineering and marketing program managers to gather requirements, clarify technical information, and confirm communication timelines. • Translate complex technical concepts and product changes into accessible, customer-friendly content. • Create new communications and update existing content as product details, release schedules, or customer impacts evolve. • Tailor communications to relevant customer audiences based on the nature and impact of each change. • Ensure all communications are timely, targeted, accurate, actionable, and aligned with established content standards. • Manage multiple small content projects concurrently, often with different stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines. • Coordinate reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and drive content through approval and publication. • Maintain strong attention to detail across messaging, formatting, terminology, dates, and technical information. • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners through email, collaboration tools, meetings, and voice calls. • Track communications and follow up with stakeholders to obtain the information and approvals required for timely publication. • Identify opportunities to improve the clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of change communications.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, technical writing, content writing, change communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and audience-appropriate written content.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience translating technical or complex information into accessible, actionable guidance.
  • Ability to manage multiple small projects, communications, or deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to gather information, clarify requirements, and drive tasks to completion through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with partners through email, virtual meetings, collaboration platforms, and voice calls.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining consistent communication with the broader team.
  • Ability to incorporate feedback accurately and meet changing deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
