Role Description We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Merchants engineering function — two closely related teams (Core and Growth) that together own the full merchant-facing product at Burq. This is a builder-leader role. You will own the technical direction, team health, and roadmap across both Merchants teams while managing dedicated leads under you. You are the primary technical authority for billing architecture, checkout flows, and the delivery promise engine — the most strategically critical product surface at Burq heading into our enterprise expansion.
