Field Marketing Events Manager

• Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing and events strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline goals. • Identify and prioritize in-person and virtual events—including conferences, trade shows, hosted events, and webinars—that drive high-quality lead generation. • Own the end-to-end execution of events, including messaging, sponsorships, vendor management, logistics, onsite facilitation, and overall brand presence. • Partner closely with Sales to define target accounts, coordinate outreach, and ensure timely, strategic follow-up. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Business Development, and Customer Marketing to integrate events into broader campaigns. • Lead webinar strategy and execution, including topic development, promotion, moderation, and post-event engagement. • Manage lead capture, segmentation, CRM tracking, and marketing automation workflows to ensure data integrity and effective nurturing. • Measure and report on event performance, including lead quality, engagement, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and revenue impact, continuously optimizing strategy to improve ROI. • Align with leadership on budget planning, performance expectations, and overall event investment strategy.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience.
- Proven success driving qualified leads and pipeline through events.
- Strong understanding of demand generation metrics and ROI analysis.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales in a revenue-focused environment.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Hands-on experience executing conferences, webinars, and event logistics.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Higher education or edtech experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
