• Prepare accurate and detailed electrical cost estimates and quotations for commercial and industrial projects. • Review drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to determine project scope and costing requirements. • Perform quantity take-offs and calculate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs. • Ensure all estimates comply with relevant Australian Standards and project specifications. • Analyze project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and pricing strategies to produce competitive quotations. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify project requirements and resolve estimation-related concerns. • Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to support accurate pricing. • Maintain organized records of estimates, pricing data, and supporting documentation for future reference. • Continuously monitor market pricing, material costs, and industry trends to improve estimating accuracy. • Utilize estimating software and digital tools to streamline quotation preparation and maintain efficiency.

• Assist with lighting maps designs for projects. • Maintain accurate and timely detailed records in databases in all related platforms. • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. • Work closely with other teams to keep workflows and quality consistent across all environments. • Design all new lighting projects and prepare calculations. • Assist clients with design questions, quotations, and technical specifications. • Produce 2D and 3D visualisations of lighting designs. • Assist the BDM team with accurate quotations and energy saving calculation. • Document management of concept drawings, calculation, and lighting schedules. • Ability to act and make moderate day to day decisions with a limited level of authority and with consultation with the Sales Team, Operation Manager, Finance and Managing Director. • Authority to provide direction and work instruction to all electrical contractors and to authorise customer transactions for new services. • Work is subject to regular supervision and regular reporting mechanisms to ensure goal objectives are met. • Accountable for delivering on assigned outcomes and for the accuracy, integrity and quality of work and advice provided in this context. • Ensure operations of services provided are in accordance with current operating procedures and carried out and completed within target response times in accordance with customer contracts. • Respond to all customer queries via phone calls and emails within set timeframes.

• Handle front-line customer enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and ticket channels, resolving issues accurately and to satisfactory completion. • Own the full ticket lifecycle in the support system, from initial triage through to resolution, follow-up, and closure. • Diagnose technical and non-technical product issues using structured problem-solving, and communicate root cause clearly to customers at their level of technical literacy. • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to escalate, resolve, and close the loop on customer-reported issues. • Leverage the full CS tech stack (including HubSpot, Intercom, FIN and Fergus product data) to manage your support pipeline efficiently and deliver a more personalised customer experience. • Use approved AI-powered tools to assist with drafting communications, summarising customer session notes, and identifying recurring issue patterns to reduce manual effort without compromising quality. • Always review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and tone before they reach a customer, and only use tools approved by Fergus for handling customer data. • Stay current with emerging tools relevant to support and customer success; share observations and suggestions with the Customer Support Lead on what could improve team efficiency or reduce contact volume. • Produce and maintain Help Centre content (articles, videos, and product images) that reduces contact volume and empowers customers to self-serve. • Test product workflows and sample data sets to verify expected behaviour, feeding structured findings back to Engineering. • Identify and surface patterns in customer feedback that indicate product gaps, usability issues, or training needs, contributing to the team's voice-of-customer input to the product roadmap.
