Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
- 5+ years of experience directly managing marketing and sales teams of 10+ people.
- Experience in new business development in B2B education services organizations.
- Experience creating high-level strategy roadmaps for marketing and sales functions.
- Expertise in pricing, P&L management, and setting KPIs/OKRs related to revenue generation.
- Experience building a team and operations from scratch, ensuring problem solutions and value realization.
- Experience with the delivery of educational services (preferred).
- Experience with literacy programs and early intervention programs/MTSS (preferred).
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations (preferred).

Join us on the Acquisition Marketing team at a data-driven, hyper-growth startup that is dedicated to helping bring gorgeous, lasting, high-quality hair color to everyone. We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with expertise in designing and executing highly effective campaigns on digital platforms. This individual will serve as the catalyst for the growth of engagement, conversion, and revenue generated from our lines of business across biddable media channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will manage the day-to-day responsibilities of paid social strategy, campaign setup and reporting, and has an extreme growth mindset. This role reports to the Sr Manager, Growth Marketing, is full time and remote. While remote, this role may travel up less than 5% of the time. The base salary range for this position is between 120k-125k. At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
