Role Description You'll be at the heart of Lighthouse's field marketing presence across one of our most commercially important regions. Events are our top revenue-driving channel in EMEA, and your job is to make them count, from planning through to execution. - Work across webinars, digital campaigns, partner co-marketing, and localized content. - Run a packed calendar across diverse markets and contribute directly to commercial outcomes. - Build strong relationships with the regional sales teams and operate with a high degree of autonomy. - Leverage AI tools across event planning, content creation, and reporting. Qualifications - 4+ years in field marketing or event management. - Working understanding of the broader marketing mix: webinars, digital, partner marketing, or content. - Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure. - Background in hospitality tech, travel tech, or SaaS is a strong plus. - Professional network across the European hospitality or travel technology space. - Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. - Curious and proactive in testing new tools for productivity.
