Aufgaben - Du entwickelst unsere Content- und Automatisierungslogik strategisch weiter. - Du planst, erstellst und optimierst Content für LinkedIn, Blog und weitere digitale Formate. - Du nutzt Claude, ChatGPT und weitere KI-Tools, um Content-Prozesse effizienter, besser und skalierbarer zu machen. - Du baust und verbesserst Workflows mit KI und Automatisierung, damit aus einzelnen Aufgaben ein funktionierendes System wird. - Du entwickelst Themen, Formate und Redaktionsideen mit Blick auf Reichweite, Relevanz und Positionierung. - Du arbeitest an SEO-nahen Inhalten und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Website in Webflow. - Du denkst in Zielgruppen, Performance und klaren Botschaften. - Du bringst idealerweise erste Ideen oder Erfahrungen in Podcast- und Video-Content ein. Qualifications - Du studierst idealerweise Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL, Medien, Digital Business oder etwas Vergleichbares. - Du hast einen starken digitalen Fokus und interessierst dich nicht nur für Content, sondern auch für Systeme, Skalierung und Automatisierung. - Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und selbstständig. - Du denkst strategisch und setzt gleichzeitig sauber um. - Du bist sicher im Umgang mit KI-Tools, insbesondere Claude und ChatGPT. - Du hast bereits eigene Agent-Workflows gebaut und produktiv eingesetzt. - Du hast Erfahrung in Marketing, Texten und ein gutes Gespür für Design und Markenwirkung. - Erfahrung mit Webflow und Pipedrive ist ein Plus; Erfahrung mit Video und Podcast ist nice to have.
