Strategic Account Lead

Carrier

• Leads service delivery for mission-critical data centers ensuring uptime and contract compliance • Manages multi-site service contracts, aligning maintenance with strict customer procedures • Proactively identifies risks and drives cross-functional resolution before escalation • Maintains strong customer presence and ensures accurate invoicing and receivables management • Primary operational contact ensuring fulfillment of contractual and service obligations • Coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance execution with field teams across multiple sites • Identifies risks impacting uptime and coordinates mitigation across service, engineering, and operations • Delivers consistent, accurate service performance data and reports to foster transparency

Job Requirements
