• Coordinates communications to students and sends emails where appropriate. • Follows up on FAFSA and missing document renewals for continuing students. • Works on externship and graduation clearance process so students don’t leave school with a balance. • Checks NSLDS to review student default status, overpayments and total aggregate loan limit. • Answers inquiries regarding financial aid and student account issues via phone and email. • Responsible for reducing Average Accounts Receivables for assigned student population, and be proactive about reaching out to them and assisting them in finding alternatives for reducing their AR. • Demonstrates knowledge of, and carefully follows all applicable federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the Department of Education, accrediting agencies, CIE, and internal UMA policies and procedures. • Effectively communicates compliance requirements to students and other staff as appropriate and quickly escalates any compliance concerns to the Compliance department. • Other duties as assigned.

• Oversee an assigned geographic area with autonomy. • Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with employers in the allied healthcare sector. • Use market insights and CRM data to identify high-potential employer partnerships and create meaningful employment opportunities for graduates. • Proactively engage potential employer partners through cold calling and effectively utilize the internal lead management system to expand the employer network. • Develop and grow new and existing relationships within the healthcare industry to proactively identify future job opportunities for graduates. • Align graduates with well-qualified allied healthcare job opportunities and maintain relationships with employer partners to ensure actionable pre- and post-interview feedback is captured to best assist graduates with getting hired. • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of graduate interactions, employer engagements, job orders, interview outcomes, and successful placements. • Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, including call volume, interviews, hires, and monthly placement goals.

• Eligibility Assessment and Outreach: Proactively reach out to the assigned graduate population to assess their eligibility for placement in available roles through our corporate partnerships. • Accurate Documentation Management: Maintain precise documentation related to the graduate population. Regularly update student profiles to ensure consistent job matching with relevant opportunities. • Support Team Coordination: Collaborate with appropriate support roles to coordinate web application and onboarding requests. Ensure that graduates complete all necessary pre-employment steps to start their jobs successfully. • Sourcing Candidates and Conducting Interviews: Source candidates from existing student and graduate population. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability. Evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values. • Managing Candidate Communication: Organize communications with candidates throughout the hiring process. Schedule interviews, provide feedback, and keep candidates informed about their application status. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Drive Team Productivity and Quality: Ensure efficient and effective daily conversion of interviews, hires, and placements. Monitor and enhance team performance to meet quality standards. • Student and Alumni Support Management: Manage communication, forecasting, and support for UMA’s current students, graduating students, and alumni. Provide personalized guidance to help them navigate their career paths. • Graduate Career Development: Guide graduates through the entire interview and hiring process with multiple Allied Healthcare employers: Prepare graduates for interviews; Facilitate interview attendance; Assist with job offers and onboarding; Support graduates in their new roles. • Customer Service and Relationship Building: Handle manager-level customer service, re-engagement, and de-escalation calls, as necessary. Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, including students, alumni, and employers. • Team Member Call Monitoring: Conduct regular coaching sessions, monitor calls, and provide one-on-one development for all assigned team members. • Lead with Care: Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement. Meet regularly with direct reports in one-on-one and group settings to provide feedback and cultivate/maintain a positive work culture. • Perform other duties as assigned.
