• Reporting into the Director of Fintech Risk, we are seeking a motivated Fintech Risk Analyst who will contribute to and support a strong risk management culture in working with existing and prospective Fintech partners and business leaders across the organization. • Serve as an individual contributor across the Bank’s BaaS portfolio to effectively identify, manage, and remediate risks • Ongoing collaboration with various teams, including BSA, Embedded Finance, Operations, and Product, and external third party banking technology platforms • Perform due diligence risk assessment on prospective fintech partners to assess inherent risk, control effectiveness, and residual risks associated with partnership. Present risk assessment results to senior management for review and approval prior to onboarding • Track pre and post-launch risk and compliance requirements for newly onboarded partners • Conduct ongoing testing, monitoring, and quality assurance activities for onboarded partners to ensure adherence to Bank policy and regulatory requirements. • Perform initial setup, data entry, and system record creation for new Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Sponsor Banking, and Yacht loans, including onboarding primary borrowers, guarantors, and associated Demand Deposit Accounts (DDAs) • Manage the ongoing lifecycle of existing loans by processing renewals, amendments, extensions, and term modifications • Process daily loan advances, payments, insurance updates, and manage unused fee calculations and billing on undrawn lines of credit. • Process participation payments, notices, and wires (specifically handling Fieldpoint and BancAlliance programs), as well as general incoming and outgoing wire transfer reviews • Issue and administer Letters of Credit and generate accurate invoices for loan-related fees and payments • Perform post-booking general loan quality control to ensure data accuracy and adherence to bank policies. Systematically review FCM, nCino, and FIS reports to identify and correct exceptions, delinquencies, and errors during maintenance cross-checks • Reconcile and balance various General Ledger (GL) and DDA accounts. Perform core edits and FIS Bank Control adjustments (e.g., updating interest rate indexes) • Manage internal and external inquiries via Zendesk. Research FIS system issues and open Client Portal tickets to resolve core banking platform problems • Gather documentation to respond to internal/external audit inquiries and actively document, refine, and improve written loan operations procedures. • Handle routine administrative duties, daily reports, and general in-office responsibilities necessary for smooth operations

Role Description The SBA Loan Servicing Specialist will support a broad range of servicing functions related to Small Business Administration (SBA) and USDA loans. This role will work directly with borrowers, lending and credit teams, Finance, insurance and title companies, and other third-party vendors to ensure timely and compliant servicing throughout the life of the loan. The position is responsible for handling both internal and external servicing requests while ensuring adherence to SBA SOP requirements, internal policies, and established procedures. Responsibilities include: - Oversee routine and complex servicing activities for the SBA and USDA loan portfolio. - Partner closely with Closing, Credit, and Portfolio Management teams to ensure ongoing compliance with all SBA loan requirements throughout the life cycle. - Process a variety of SBA servicing functions, including, but not limited to disbursements, billing, payment processing, payoffs, funding, and boarding of new SBA loans onto the bank core system. - Support SBA Portfolio Management with deferral requests, loan modifications, delinquency management, FTA repurchases, and preparation/submission of Universal Purchase Package. - Conduct post-closing reviews to ensure file completeness and compliance with required documentation and file structure standards, including 10-tab for organization requirements. - Maintain and collection of post-closing exceptions, including documentation tracking, collateral perfection follow-up, and recording validation. - Prepare, reconcile, and submit monthly SBA Form 1502 reporting and interim activity reporting, within required deadlines. - Review loan disbursements for compliance with SBA Terms and Conditions (Authorization), including validation against SBA Form 1050, escrow settlement statements, and internal disbursement records. - Reconcile all General Ledger and DDA activity associated with SBA loans. - Verify and document required insurance coverage and maintain tracking processes for outstanding or expiring insurance requirements. - Submit final SBA Form 159 through E-Tran (CAFS). - Support SBA loan sales on the Secondary Market, including bidding, coordination, documentation review, and issue resolution. - Book and reconcile required entries upon receipt of loan sale proceeds. - Assist with OCRM monitoring activities and risk-based reviews/examinations. - Coordinate with borrowers, construction consultants, and other third-parties to review and approve construction draw requests in accordance with loan terms and conditions. - Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives. As appropriate, recommend terms under which credit will be extended, including the costs, repayment method, and collateral requirements. • Assignment of accurate risk ratings for new loans. • Support the Bank's strong relationship banking culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.
