• Koordynowanie działań zespołu Data & Analytics oraz wspieranie rozwoju kompetencji ekspertek i ekspertów. • Zarządzanie backlogiem inicjatyw analitycznych i nadawanie priorytetów we współpracy z interesariuszami biznesowymi. • Dostarczanie danych, analiz i rekomendacji wspierających decyzje operacyjne, taktyczne i strategiczne w obszarze Customer Care. • Rozwijanie rozwiązań opartych o procesy ETL, integrację danych oraz nowoczesne struktury analityczne wykorzystywane w raportowaniu, analizach i automatyzacjach. • Tworzenie i doskonalenie analiz biznesowych, KPI oraz modeli forecastingowych wspierających planowanie i rozwój organizacji. • Wspieranie procesów budżetowania, planowania oraz oceny efektywności operacyjnej. • Identyfikowanie trendów, ryzyk i możliwości optymalizacji w oparciu o dane. • Współpraca z zespołami Data Visualization, Data Architecture i Process Automation przy tworzeniu spójnych rozwiązań end-to-end. • Przekładanie potrzeb biznesowych na konkretne produkty i rozwiązania analityczne. • Budowanie kultury data-driven oraz promowanie wykorzystania nowoczesnych narzędzi analitycznych i AI. • Udział w strategicznych inicjatywach realizowanych w środowisku międzynarodowym.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-letnim doświadczenia w obszarze analizy danych, inżynierii danych lub Business Intelligence.
- Doświadczenie w rozwijaniu zespołu lub pełnieniu funkcji liderskiej.
- Bardzo dobrą znajomość SQL oraz doświadczenie w pracy z procesami ETL.
- Praktyczna znajomość Databricks i PySpark.
- Doświadczenie w budowaniu analiz biznesowych, KPI oraz rekomendacji wspierających procesy decyzyjne.
- Umiejętność skutecznego zarządzania priorytetami oraz współpracy z wieloma interesariuszami.
- Umiejętność przekładania potrzeb biznesowych na rozwiązania analityczne.
- Zdolność do efektywnego działania na styku biznesu i technologii.
- Doświadczenie w rozwijaniu kompetencji innych osób oraz budowaniu współpracy w zespole.
- Bardzo dobrą organizacja działań, samodzielność i nastawienie na poszukiwanie rozwiązań.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2.
