• Reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis, the Business Analyst supports the analysis and delivery of business initiatives that advance both day-to-day operations and the strategic objectives of Doctors of BC. • Working closely with teams across the organization, the Business Analyst partners with interest holders to elicit and document business requirements, analyze processes and systems, evaluate solution options, and develop documentation that supports operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. • As a key contributor to project delivery, the Business Analyst collaborates with interest holders to assess business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the design of practical solutions that align with organizational goals. • The role supports projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution evaluation, testing coordination, implementation support, and change adoption activities. • The Business Analyst helps ensure that systems, processes, and workflows evolve in a structured, consistent, and integrated manner across the organization.

Senior Insurance Coordinator

• Provide advanced client service, application coordination, and sales support to physician members and their families. • Act as a key liaison between clients, Insurance Advisors, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders. • Meet with clients via Zoom to complete applications, explain recommendations and underwriting processes. • Coordinate, monitor, and advance insurance applications from submission through policy placement. • Proactively follow up with insurers, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues, obtain outstanding documentation, and prevent delays. • Support business development activities by promoting insurance services and engaging with physician members.
• Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs, this role requires exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, in-depth experience with government relations, and a passion for developing and leading creative communications strategies. • Key responsibilities include oversight of multiple communications portfolios, driving awareness of the JCCs, directing of content development and communications planning, advancing the JCC’s digital content strategy and digital media profile along with proactive and reactive media relations strategies and issues management. • Continuously learning global industry trends and creative, innovative communication strategies and practices are also expected, as is razor-sharp strategic advice. • The successful candidate will have already established government relationships and be an exceptional problem-solver when faced with competing priorities, complexity, and ambiguity. • They must understand the complexities of government, the political arena and how to collaborate with a purpose to elevate communications to a new and creative level. • They will be able to build and foster strategic, collaborative relationships with a diverse range of internal and external partners. • They are passionate about creating mechanisms for feedback and developing key performance indicators, tracking progress, continuously seeking improvement opportunities, and regularly reporting on the status of the communications strategy and operational plans. • The Director, Communications JCC leads a team of communications professionals in implementing long-term communications strategies and projects, including developing comprehensive strategic plans, creative content for online and print, managing multiple websites and channels, special events, marketing and branding, media relations, and providing guidance and advice to divisions of family practice, and other partners and audiences.
Analyst, Practice Transformation

• Provides analytical support to the PI leadership team and maintains the integrity and utility of the data collected in the program’s client relationship management (CRM) system. • Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of data standards within the CRM. • Upskilling and training of field staff to promote consistent, high quality data entry and usage. • Provides expertise in the design and evolution of CRM and other data systems as program needs emerge. • Collation and presentation of data to support leadership decisions making, ongoing operations, internal quality assurance and reporting. • Demonstrates ability to work with multiple groups across Doctors of BC, think proactively and strategically regarding data and reporting needs of the program and organizations. • Effective and clear communication (both written and oral) of complex analytical concepts to decision makers and various groups is a substantial part of this role.
Manager, Indigenous Specific Anti-Racism Strategy and Practice

• Provides strategic and practice leadership for ISAR and Cultural Safety, translating organizational priorities into frameworks, standards, and guiding approaches that shape work across the organization. • Leads and supports a team responsible for delivering JCC workplans and organizational initiatives, including system-level work, events and learning, employee programs, and governance and committee support. • Establishes direction, priorities, and expectations for team deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational commitments and provincial strategies. • Ensures coherence, quality, and consistency of ISAR and Cultural Safety work across diverse initiatives, balancing strategic intent with practical application. • Serves as an advisor to leadership, governance bodies, and committees, influencing direction through expert guidance and evidence-informed recommendations. • Identifies systemic risks, gaps, and opportunities, advising on strategies to strengthen organizational and system-level impact. • Interprets and mobilizes emerging research, policy, and leading practices to continuously evolve approaches. • Provides leadership, coaching, and development to team members, enabling them to effectively design and deliver initiatives within their scope. • Builds and sustains trust-based relationships with Indigenous and system partners to inform, guide, and align the organization’s work, including the Ministry of Health, Health Authorities, FNHA, and Métis Nation BC. • Provides strategic guidance and support to ISAR CS governance and advisory bodies, including the JCC ISAR Steering Committee and Indigenous Guiding Circle.

Senior Project Coordinator, Strategic Initiatives

• The Senior Project Coordinator supports the advancement of Shared Care Committee work plan priorities as delegated by the Senior Manager, Shared Care & Strategic Initiatives. • Provide project management and coordination support to advance assigned portfolios. • Responsible for developing and maintaining project management systems tracking key milestones, activities and progress. • Develop, maintain, and monitor budget trackers. • Develop communication materials such as portfolio documents, briefing notes, presentations, and agenda packages. • Contribute to monthly and quarterly reports outlining the progress of the portfolio. • Support activities to advance the portfolio such as steering committees, working groups, partner engagement, and strategic planning processes. • Coordinate the planning and execution of the remaining two Cancer Call for Proposals Learning Series. • Coordinate and implement communication activities such as drafting articles contributing to the BC Cancer Medical Dental Staff Association newsletters. • In collaboration with the Senior Manager and Liaison, develop and implement deliverables to advance the portfolio for Mental Health Substance Use.

• Reporting to the Manager, Technical Projects, Learning and Development, the Specialist designs and delivers structured learning programs and training initiatives that align with organizational priorities. • The Specialist manages multiple concurrent projects, producing high-quality training materials and job aids that support enterprise initiatives across Doctors of BC. • Embedded within technical project rollouts, the Specialist identifies training impacts early and ensures user-readiness activities are effectively planned and executed. • Working closely with project teams, Technology and Digital Transformation, and the Project Management and Change Leadership Office, the Specialist develops enablement strategies and implementation plans that support successful adoption. • In partnership with internal stakeholders, the Specialist co-develops clear, user-centred process guides and training materials that translate system and workflow changes into practical application.
