• Maintain and develop Comarch BSS (Product Catalog, Billing, Billing Mediation): configuration, updates, performance monitoring, and incident resolution. • Monitor system processes, analyze logs, identify and resolve data and runtime issues. • Ensure stability and continuity of system integrations and interfaces across the billing ecosystem. • Manage backups, data recovery processes, and system availability and resilience. • Take technical ownership of the billing system after deployments and during ongoing operations. • Cooperate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with audit and security requirements. • Track the BSS roadmap, run Proofs of Concept, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve our Internal Developer Platform to streamline development and deployment. • Design and enhance platform components to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and ease of use. • Provision, monitor, and maintain infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Automate infrastructure provisioning, testing, deployment, and configuration through CI/CD and scripting. • Collaborate with software engineers, operations, security, and platform teams to understand needs and deliver effective solutions. • Implement and maintain security best practices, including access management, encryption, and compliance. • Ensure monitoring and observability, providing teams with logs, metrics, and troubleshooting tools. • Create and maintain clear documentation for platform tools, processes, and standards. • Support incident resolution related to platform functionality. • Continuously explore new technologies and improvements to reduce technical debt and enhance the developer experience.
• Design, develop, and test full-stack features - Java/Spring microservices on the backend, Angular on the frontend - ensuring high performance and reliability (working with maps, geocoding APIs, administrative structures in multiple countries) • Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP) supporting your team's services • Maintain and optimize relational and NoSQL data stores (PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis) powering logistics workflows • Respond to and resolve production incidents; contribute to post-mortem analysis and follow-up improvements • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate delivery while critically evaluating generated outputs • Collaborate with Tech Leaders, Architects, Product Owners, and UX designers to translate business requirements into well-engineered solutions • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices

• Own the long-term technical roadmap for the Platform Engineering Domain across four pillars: Platform Engineering & Delivery, Developer Experience, SRE & Reliability, AI & Cloud Foundations. • Identify architectural risks and opportunities ahead of the teams — raise them early, propose solutions, drive resolution. • Define and evolve platform-wide standards: SDLC compliance (targeting SCS ≥ 80/100), observability baselines, cloud-native patterns. • Lead the technical strategy for InPost's migration from on-prem data centres to GCP. • Establish reference architectures for services running on GCP; review and govern deviations. • Drive cost efficiency, reliability, and security posture at the platform layer. • Define the developer platform vision and partner with the Developer Experience lead. • Shape the technical approach to AI adoption across InPost Technology.
