• You'll be the engine behind InPost's CRM ecosystem — configuring, automating, and continuously improving the platforms that power our APM deployment and international expansion • Partnering closely with commercial, expansion, and operations teams across the UK, France, Italy, and Iberia, you'll turn complex operational workflows into reliable, scalable CRM processes • Administer and configure InPost's CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent) — pipelines, custom objects, user roles, and permissions • Design and maintain automations and integrations using Zapier, Make.com, and where needed Google Cloud Platform — connecting CRM with internal systems, marketing tools, and operational platforms • Translate APM deployment workflows (site sourcing, lead-to-deployment pipelines, partner onboarding) into structured CRM logic • Own data quality across markets: audits, deduplication, field validation, and lifecycle management • Build dashboards and reports tracking pipeline activity, deployment progress, and operational KPIs for international stakeholders • Gather requirements from teams across markets and translate them into scalable CRM configuration and process design • Maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials; support onboarding and day-to-day CRM queries
• Manage delivery across multiple engineering teams or an entire domain, defining delivery standards and ensuring consistency, quality, and velocity across teams. • Report to C-level stakeholders on progress, risks, and business impact, translating engineering outcomes into business language and strategic recommendations. • Own domain-level SDLC governance: align standards across teams while enabling each team to own its practices, eliminate systemic organizational blockers, and define domain-level OKRs, KPIs, and SLAs. • Define architecture and technical standards for the domain (or the wider tech organization), collaborating closely with Staff Software Engineers on key architectural decisions. • Own platform and infrastructure strategy for the domain, driving technical consistency across teams and reduction of technical debt. • Define the domain's AI adoption strategy, represent the domain in the AI Steering Committee/AI Hub, measure AI ROI, and help shape the organization's AI Playbook. • Coach and develop Engineering Managers, build a talent pipeline across all levels (including Staff Engineers and future EMs), and design career paths and development programs. • Build a high-performance, inclusive engineering culture, escalating difficult personnel situations appropriately to HR and senior leadership. • Shape recruitment and process standards, actively attract talent through employer branding and professional networks, and manage the domain's organizational structure (team sizing, roles, dependencies). • Communicate strategy and progress to C-level, manage cross-domain dependencies, and build relationships with key business stakeholders; represent InPost Tech externally (conferences, partnerships). • Build a feedback and learning culture through systematic mechanisms (360°, pulse surveys, retrospectives) and translate feedback into domain-level action plans. • Sponsor and lead cross-team/cross-domain initiatives (architectural reviews, workshops), and actively participate in — or lead — communities of practice. • Shape innovation direction for the domain, manage a portfolio of innovation initiatives (AI, new platforms, experimentation), and contribute to Group-level technology strategy.

• Design and implement high-performance microservices in Java / Spring Boot • Build and maintain event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka • Own the data layer: schema design, query optimisation, migrations (PostgreSQL) • Work within a containerised cloud-native environment: Docker, Kubernetes, GCP • Hold the bar on code quality through reviews, testing standards, and CI/CD discipline • Mentor team members and advocate for a culture of quality and continuous improvement • Take full ownership of features end-to-end - from requirements to production and beyond • Write clear technical documentation: System Design docs, RFCs, and ADRs • Participate actively in architecture discussions with well-reasoned proposals

• Build and lead a newly formed engineering team • Own the full lifecycle of platform from scoping and roadmap definition through architecture and delivery • Establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders across all European markets • Provide technical leadership and set engineering standards for the Dynamics environment • Communicate progress, risks, and roadmap updates to a broad set of business stakeholders • Continuously improve delivery processes, team rituals, and ways of working as the team scales
