Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in an analyst, business analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. - Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar) is a plus. - Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
