Sales & Integrations Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using automation platforms like n8n, Pipedream, or similar tools. • Collaborate with industry teams to understand customer needs and build tailored automation solutions. • Optimize and scale integrations for performance, efficiency, and reliability. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless system functionality. • Stay ahead of new automation technologies and quickly adapt if we transition from n8n to another tool. • Work closely with stakeholders to identify new integration opportunities and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with API integrations and automation workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for building custom integrations.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Pipedream, Zapier, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- JavaScript Depth: Strong proficiency with async/await, API handling, JSON transformations, array methods (map/filter/find), error handling, and data mapping.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to create and maintain technical and non-technical documentation, including workflow diagrams, API mappings, onboarding guides, troubleshooting docs, and customer-facing implementation guides.
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Colombia
