• Prospect aggressively into named West Coast accounts using phone, email, and LinkedIn • Pick up the phone every day. cold calling is a core part of the role • Create qualified meetings and entry points for the Client Executives you support • Research target accounts and stakeholders to drive relevant, thoughtful outreach • Engage senior-level decision makers and earn the right to next conversations • Maintain accurate activity, notes, and outcomes in Salesforce • Use AI tools and workflows to increase productivity, sharpen messaging, and prioritize outreach, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Consensus, Clari Groove and more. • Consistently hit and exceed activity and meeting targets • Collaborate closely with Client Executives to refine targeting, messaging, and prospecting strategy
Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, recruiting, athletics, or another competitive, performance-driven environment
- A bias for action—you move fast, take initiative, and don’t wait to be told what to do
- Completion of a 35-40 minute skills assessment via TestGorilla to be sent to you by email following your application
- Comfort with high-volume outbound activity and hearing “no” without slowing down
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals at all levels
- Highly coachable, curious, and motivated by clear goals and metrics
- Strong organizational habits and discipline in managing activity
- AI literacy—you actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to research, prepare, write, and improve your work, and you’re eager to learn more
- Ability to learn new tools quickly; Salesforce experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Bachelor’s degree required
