• Emissão de notas fiscais, boletos e faturas; • Conciliação bancária e controle de movimentações; • Acompanhamento de contas a pagar e contas a receber; • Lançamentos financeiros em sistemas e bancos; • Manutenção de controles em planilhas/Excel e fluxos financeiros; • Apoio na padronização de processos e contribuição com ideias para melhorar o dia a dia do time.

• Analyze and understand clients' needs • Develop and implement action plans to address identified issues • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and effective solutions • Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients • Stay up to date with market trends and new technologies

• Prospect new leads (inbound and outbound) • Make initial contact with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels • Conduct exploratory conversations to understand pain points, needs, and business timing • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team • Record and update information in the CRM • Monitor prospecting and conversion metrics • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to continuously improve processes

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (Management Income Statement - DRE and Statement of Cash Flows - DFC); • Build and monitor cash flow, projected cash flow, and budget; • Perform tax analyses, pricing and break-even calculations; • Support clients' strategic decisions using data and performance indicators; • Ensure alignment between the finance, marketing, accounting and operations teams.
