Business Development Representative
EMERSE Sales
• Identify and engage new prospects in the food service, beverage, hospitality, and grocery sectors • Use phone, email, trade shows, and in-person visits to generate leads and book meetings • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs and position NCI’s products • Build and maintain long-term relationships rooted in trust, product knowledge, and service • Manage full sales cycle and address objections with product knowledge and confidence • Travel up to 30% for trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with high initiative and reliability
- Industry experience in food safety or chemical sales (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
