• Building long lasting relationships as an expert trusted adviser to fire sprinkler contractors • Ensuring client needs are the number one priority with white glove service • Understanding customers’ needs through discovery and fact finding • Identifying and prioritizing high pay off sales activities • Being accountable to established internal and external KPI's • Growing an existing book of business within an established sales territory • Tracking and updating sales activities in company CRM (Salesforce) • Presenting technical solutions to a variety of customers • Traveling regionally within territory, up to 75%
