About the Role The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget. This role oversees every aspect of project execution, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress, while providing regular status reports to senior leadership and client executives. The Project Manager proactively identifies and escalates risks or issues, manages budgets and financials, and leverages experience and sound judgment to develop plans and achieve goals. This position leads and directs the work of others, fostering a collaborative environment that allows for creativity, autonomy, and effective problem-solving Key Responsibilities Works effectively both independently and in collaboration with CloudMasonry and customer team members to drive customer satisfaction and success. Oversees and takes full accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work. Exercises independent judgment and can lead enterprise-level projects with minimal oversight from a director or engagement manager. Facilitates meetings effectively, demonstrates strong brainstorming and consensus-building skills, and confidently engages with executive-level project sponsors. Frequently called upon to take a leadership role in CloudMasonry sales initiatives within areas of expertise. Drives project delivery by managing cross-functional teams, removing blockers, and enforcing best practices across Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models. Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring delivery commitments are met and client expectations are effectively managed. Owns risk identification and mitigation planning, escalating critical issues with well-defined recommendations and impact assessments. Manages project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project burn rate to ensure alignment with scope. Proactively communicates budget status and risks to internal and client stakeholders.   • 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects
  • Managed projects with budgets of a minimum of $500,000
  • Technical background or relevant degree program preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or Vlocity
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Travel requirements are contingent on client needs and may range from approximately 25% to 50%
