Senior Technical Project Manager
MOXFIVE
• Lead end-to-end restoration project management for large-scale enterprise incidents • Serve as the strategic point of contact for C-suite executives, legal counsel, insurance carriers, and technical partners • Build and maintain comprehensive restoration roadmaps, master server trackers, dependency maps, and executive dashboards • Independently analyze server tiering, application dependencies, and restoration sequencing • Coordinate across multiple concurrent workstreams • Make real-time calls on resource allocation, priority shifts, and approach changes • Lead war room discussions and executive briefings • Challenge technical assumptions and drive alignment across stakeholder groups • Mentor Technical and Incident Project Managers, and contribute to MOXFIVE's restoration methodology and process development • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with extended availability during assigned critical incidents
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of project management experience leading highly complex technical or cybersecurity projects
- A deep technical foundation. Substantial understanding of IT infrastructure, server dependencies, and application architecture
- Exceptional organizational skills, with experience designing comprehensive trackers, dependency maps, and dashboards
- Advanced stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of coordinating C-suite executives, legal counsel, insurance carriers, and technical partners
- Strategic decision-making in high-stakes environments
- Executive-level communication skills
- Proven crisis leadership
- Strong leadership presence that earns respect without requiring authority
- Experience managing enterprise-scale incidents involving hundreds of systems
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field or equivalent in experience
- Hands-on background in IT roles - systems administration, network engineering, or security operations (Bonus)
- PMP, PgMP, or advanced project management certification (Bonus)
- Advanced security certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, CISM, or GIAC (Bonus)
- Experience leading incident response across Fortune 500 or large enterprise organizations (Bonus)
- A history of developing and implementing IR playbooks and methodologies (Bonus)
- 10+ years in consulting or professional services with a focus on crisis management (Bonus)
- Previous people management or team leadership experience (Bonus)

• Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program / project clients. • Frequent and direct contact with senior level managers, directors and executives to provide technical expertise and project status. • Lead overall implementation of large enterprise projects and small programs, with team sizes varying from 3 to 10 people (TTEC Digital staff, contractors, client resources and vendors). • Set up and drive program management functions including a communication plan, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalation processes, functional documentation, and other internal processes. • Deliver weekly status reports, either developed directly or in concert with project managers working in the program, and providing project progress and issues to client stakeholders, delivery management and account team. • Ensure client stakeholder alignment and drive overall program customer satisfaction. • Develop and deliver financial reporting dashboards providing project financial status to client stakeholders. • Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints.
