• Partner with customers, IT stakeholders, vendors, and other internal/external project stakeholders to define project scope, develop project plans, and successfully deliver customer value via execution of those plans • Coordinate with ITS Resource Managers to identify and assign appropriate staff to projects to ensure timely completion of project work • Schedule and facilitate project status meetings, working sessions, etc. required to ensure the project is progressing according to plan and stakeholders are well-informed about relevant project details • Follow IT PMO standards, including following the IT project management lifecycle, using standard templates and storage locations, and adhering to standards related to use of the enterprise PPM tool • Ensure project stakeholder information requirements are identified and addressed • Maintain project status information in the enterprise PPM tool and communicate project status to appropriate stakeholders on a regular basis • Identify, document, and facilitate resolution of project issues and risks, using expert judgment to escalate to appropriate leadership in a timely manner • Create and maintain project schedules to ensure they reflect progress to date vs. the original plan as accurately as possible • Ensure project documentation is auditable • Prepare and deliver project-related presentations to project stakeholders, governance committees, etc. • Contribute to IT project management continuous improvement activities

• Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. • Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. • Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are executed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. • Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. • Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project. • Lead and provide oversight of ICT Design for ISP and OSP infrastructure. • OSP design and management, including: planning, cost estimating, detailed and/or routine design, permitting, contractor identification and outreach, engineering reviews, construction management. • Propose solutions to solve new and/or complex problems encountered. • Flexibility with regards to working schedule surges, travel, and supporting multiple projects/designers.

• Define, design, and execute complex project solutions following a robust global framework to ensure seamless delivery. • Lead requirement and design workshops with international customers and service providers to translate business needs into technical reality. • Spearhead the implementation, testing, and quality assurance phases to deploy high-impact solutions across multiple environments. • Act as a technical consultant for internal and external stakeholders, sharing deep product knowledge to optimize customer results. • Monitor and manage solution scope, cost, and risk, proactively identifying changes to keep global initiatives on track.

• Technical-consulting to evaluate customer's architecture, gather requirements and to propose appropriate Akamai solutions to service customer requirements • Managing scope, timelines, and budget of integrations to reduce risk and ensure customer success • Advocating best practices for the customer and internal teams during product design, development and implementation • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Support, Engineering, Products, Presales and Sales to resolve technical & business issues • Identifying service enhancements and potential problems proactively to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery
