• As Product Manager Procurement & Portfolio Management, you will shape one of the strategically decisive product roles within our energy retail business. • Define how and where 1KOMMA5° procures, hedges and optimizes energy for our customer portfolio. • Develop a clear market segmentation and continuously refine it based on portfolio characteristics, customer mix and market conditions. • Design hedging and risk management strategies tailored to different customer portfolios. • Perform independent analyses of procurement performance, hedging effectiveness and portfolio profitability. • Define KPIs covering procurement costs, hedge effectiveness, portfolio risk and flexibility margin.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in (international) energy management, portfolio management or energy trading, ideally at a utility, energy trader, trading venue or aggregator.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in conducting portfolio valuations, hedge calculations and market scenario analyses (Python, SQL or comparable tools are a strong plus).
  • Proven ability to translate market and trading logic into structured processes and product requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-moving market environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German.
