Senior Associate – Procurement Consulting, Transformation & Advisory

• Lead and support procurement consulting engagements from discovery through implementation. • Conduct spend analysis, procurement diagnostics, and benchmarking assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies. • Develop category and sourcing strategies, supplier management frameworks, and procurement governance models. • Perform supplier market research and support RFP/RFI development, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess procurement processes and implement improvement initiatives. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to align procurement strategies with business objectives. • Support procurement technology implementations, including Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Jaggaer, Ivalua, and GEP. • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, recommendations, and reports for client and internal stakeholders. • Coach and mentor junior consultants while contributing to proposal development and practice-building initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or consulting environments, with client delivery experience required.
- Strong understanding of procurement practices, technologies, and market trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Experience with sourcing and procurement platforms, such as Ariba, Coupa, and Jaggaer, is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong project management capabilities and familiarity with digital procurement solutions.
- Consulting experience required.
