Regional Sales Manager – Mid-Atlantic/Northeast

Franklin Electric

• Develop and manage the sale of residential and commercial water treatment systems through dealer and wholesale channels. • Acquire, develop and maintain existing Professional Water Quality (PWQ) dealer accounts through an appropriate level of contact. Create sales growth by securing business through strategic customer segments. • Develop short- and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing programs required to meet sales objectives. • Conduct product training for PWQ dealers; collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that marketing such as collateral, packaging, catalogs, Internet presence, etc., meets customer demand. • Anticipated overnight travel of 65% - 80%

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing, engineering technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience or training in water treatment and in customer service, customer experience, customer success, sales or similar roles (required).
