• Develop and execute the overall HCM sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and growth targets. • Drive net-new business acquisition while expanding existing client relationships. • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accuracy across all segments. • Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive trends within the HCM landscape. • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top-performing HCM sales talent. • Coach sales managers and individual contributors through structured performance management. • Establish sales methodologies, KPIs, and best practices to improve conversion rates and productivity. • Personally engage in executive-level sales opportunities and key account negotiations. • Develop relationships with C-suite executives, CHROs, HR leaders, CFOs, and procurement stakeholders. • Collaborate with solution consultants to create compelling business cases and ROI analyses. • Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecast attainment. • Present regular business reviews to executive leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
- 5+ years leading sales teams within HCM, HR technology, payroll, workforce management, benefits, or related SaaS industries.
- Demonstrated success exceeding quota and leading teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Experience selling into SMB and Mid-Market organizations.
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
- Expertise with consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales enablement technologies.

Role Description The Sales Director – Health Plans will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and be responsible for driving new business growth across the Southeast territory. This role will lead strategic sales efforts for Vatica Health and Cozeva's Risk Adjustment, Quality, and population health platform solutions, developing and expanding relationships with health plans and other key stakeholders.
