• Responsible for driving growth of Franklins Electrics’ mining business through strategic account development, technical sales leadership, and customer relationship management across mining operations, contractors, distributors and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) firms. • Focus on expanding market share within existing mine sites while developing new mining opportunities. • Maintains and grows existing mining and distribution customer accounts through an appropriate level of contact. • Creates sales growth by securing business through strategic customer segments. • Develops relationships with and completes sales with assigned regional and national customer bases. • Converts non-customers into customers. • Maintains contact with existing regional and national decision makers to ensure their specifications remain with Franklin Electric. • Coordinates and attends regional tradeshows, state and regional shows, and territory seminars. • Participates in pricing negotiations and purchasing contracts. • Inputs contacts into the CRM software to track progress. • Performs other related duties as required or assigned. • Develops and leads mining sales and service personnel within the assigned region, driving growth through strategic mine site engagement, customer relationship development and operational support. • Develops short- and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing programs required to meet sales objectives. • Contracts with independent representatives to achieve sales goals, as necessary. • Works with product teams to develop products that will grow sales and profitability. • Provides feedback to product managers to meet customer needs. • Works with the marketing team to ensure that marketing such as collateral, packaging, catalogs, Internet presence, etc., meets customer demand. • Supervises supervisory and/or non-supervisory employee(s). • Interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. • Working with Human Resources on employee issues. • Contracts with external salespersons to achieve sales goals as necessary and feasible.

• Develop and manage the sale of residential and commercial water treatment systems through dealer and wholesale channels. • Acquire, develop and maintain existing Professional Water Quality (PWQ) dealer accounts through an appropriate level of contact. Create sales growth by securing business through strategic customer segments. • Develop short- and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing programs required to meet sales objectives. • Conduct product training for PWQ dealers; collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that marketing such as collateral, packaging, catalogs, Internet presence, etc., meets customer demand. • Anticipated overnight travel of 65% - 80%
• Manage and support existing dealer relationships throughout the territory while identifying opportunities for continued growth and strategic dealer development • Coordinate with internal technical, operations, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve dealer concerns efficiently • Assist with warranty claims, RGA (Return Goods Authorization) processes, and product issue resolution • Ensure warranty and return requests are handled professionally, accurately and in a timely manner • Assist in communicating product updates, installation best practices, and technical resources to dealer partners
• Responsible for managing the growth of electronics/electrical and mechanical system solutions sales in the fueling station business and expanding market share within Sales Territory 03 (KY, OH, IN and MI), anchor target area is Ohio. • Oversees, and maintains a multimillion direct distributor network. • Drives new business development through strategic prospecting, corporate growth initiatives, and market intelligence. • Skilled at combining technical product knowledge with strong communication and presentation skills to influence sales to retail fueling stakeholders, distribution sales, specifying engineers and government / commercial accounts. • Reports on competitive trends, emerging customer needs, and evolving industry regulations. • Requires **50–75% business travel** within the territory via company-provided car and air.

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Providing second-tier technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits to resolve complex product issues. • Client Training: Conducting onsite and web-based seminars to teach customers how to implement and use products correctly. • Sales Integration: Identifying opportunities for additional sales and service growth while interacting with clients. • Case Management: Tracking open customer issues, communicating status updates, and following up to ensure successful resolutions. • Knowledge Development: Creating technical bulletins, reviewing manuals, and assisting with new software deployment and training.
