FinOps Analyst

• Initiate and reconcile fiat and crypto payments using Pennylane, Cryptio, and internal tools to keep operations accurate and on time. • Track, collect, and organize invoices across vendors and teams to maintain complete, audit-ready records. • Update monthly pre-accounting in Pennylane and Cryptio to ensure books reflect reality and close on schedule. • Coordinate with external accountants on monthly, quarterly, and annual closes to deliver clean financial statements. • Refresh P&L and cash burn reports and simple forecasts to improve visibility for leaders and budget owners. • Monitor and rebalance cash and token positions across wallets and accounts to meet operational needs and risk guardrails. • Identify and implement process improvements in payments, tooling, and reporting to increase speed and reduce errors.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in finance operations, treasury, or pre-accounting in a fast-growing environment.
- Hands-on with external accountants and monthly close routines.
- Proficiency with finance tools such as Pennylane, Cryptio, Notion, and Excel.
- Familiarity with crypto fundamentals; direct crypto or blockchain experience is a plus.
- Meticulous, precise, and rigorous approach to record keeping and reconciliations.
