Role Description The mission of this role is to bring Enterprise Accounts onto Morpho: Neobanks, Fintechs, and Exchanges that put Morpho-powered earn and borrow in front of their own users (B2C or B2B). You own the full cycle, from the prospecting to go-live and ramp up of the integration. This is a new business acquisition role: it rests on finding the accounts where Morpho can become core infrastructure partner, getting to the people who decide, coordinating the launch and closing. Responsibilities - Build and manage a pipeline: - Map, qualify, and activate key accounts (Stripe, Revolut, NuBank, Airbnb, etc.) where Morpho can serve and grow as primary lending infrastructure. - Get to the decision-makers and ensure the right people inside Morpho are connected to the right counterparts. - Carry the top executive relationship with internal executive sponsors where it counts. - Coordinate internally: - Run point across the teams behind each deal, especially Solutions on integration scoping and delivery, plus Product, Legal, and Risk. - Close: - Run the full commercial and product cycle: requirements, structuring, integration scoping, negotiation, and onboarding through to go-live. - Travel onsite when it moves a deal. - Land and ramp: - Own the account through go-live and its first months of active loans, then hand it to Growth. - Smaller accounts stay with you until they earn a dedicated grower. - Carry the product voice: - Make onchain lending legible to the account's product, business, and compliance teams. - Map product requirements to Morpho’s offering and bring additional asks back to Morpho Product and Partnerships teams. What Success Looks Like - First 30 days: - Fluent in the Morpho stack and caught up on every live new business conversation. - Your own network is mapped, and you have a first view of the accounts worth pursuing. - First 4 months: - The target accounts are mapped and prioritized, you're in live conversations with the top ones. - Your first new account is in motion with a term sheet in draft. - In 1 year: - Your first integrations are live and ramping, and you've built a repeatable pipeline of new-logo distribution deals. - The accounts you cover already know Morpho. Qualifications - +6 years of experience with a track record of closing large integrations or GTM deals, ideally with wallets, exchanges, neobanks, or fintechs. - Strong cross-team coordination and communication skills: aligns Solutions, Product, Legal, and Risk around a deal and keeps everyone moving. - Strong relationship-building skills: able to navigate large, complex organizations, find the real decision-makers, and earn their trust. - Ability to make onchain lending legible to crypto-native and TradFi teams alike, and follow the engineering conversation. - Comfortable owning a commercial cycle end to end: requirements, structuring, negotiation, onboarding. - Grit and speed; this person is measured on closes. Equal Opportunity We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

Personally execute critical security work. • Set the governance architecture: a coherent security framework. • Own incident response end to end. • Build and run a counterparty security program for curators and partners. • Lead Morpho's certification strategy (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001). • Represent Morpho's security posture externally and internally. • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Protocol, and Integrations.
• Multiply the CEO's leverage by owning the CEO support function end to end. • Remove operational drag so the CEO's time goes to the highest-impact work, and make sure priorities actually get executed across the company. • Recruit and manage the CEO's executive and personal assistant(s). • Build AI infrastructure that gives the CEO leverage: personal agents, workflow automations, and internal tooling. • Take a meaningful share of operational and administrative load off the CEO (inbox triage, scheduling priorities, follow-through) so the CEO can focus on strategy and product. • Make sure no ball is dropped. • Make sure context flows to everyone who needs it. • Run a direct feedback loop, gathering signal from the team, partners, clients, and prospects. • Prepare the CEO for meetings and decisions by gathering context, drafting documents, and pre-thinking options, so time in the room is spent deciding, not catching up. • Step in on bespoke, high-priority projects wherever the company needs extra leverage.
• Own end-to-end relationships with 3 to 5 strategic enterprise accounts • Design and lead account expansion strategy across the Morpho product suite • Build and run quarterly business reviews • Build and maintain executive sponsor relationships with customer CFOs • Navigate complex institutional requirements including legal, risk, KYC, compliance • Act as the strategic customer's voice inside Morpho
• Scope and build Morpho's partner program from zero: deal registration, partner enablement, joint GTM motion, commercial structuring, and partner success metrics, to create a systematic and attributable partner-sourced revenue engine. • Own end-to-end relationships with strategic partners across custodians, middleware providers, and asset issuers: bi-weekly calls, quarterly business reviews, joint roadmap planning, executive sponsor pairing, and escalation management. • Lead partner onboarding and enablement through a structured 4-week curriculum covering technical, GTM, and security tracks, maintaining continuity across partner technical, BD, and C-suite teams. • Structure and close partner deals including term sheets, deal-registration agreements, co-sell frameworks, and revenue-sharing models in close coordination with Legal, and track partner-influenced pipeline and attribution in the CRM. • Expand existing curator partner relationships by facilitating partnerships, supporting asset differentiation, and running curator success reviews. • Launch co-go-to-market initiatives including joint case studies, webinars, co-marketing campaigns, and thought leadership to position Morpho as the preferred infrastructure for the DeFi ecosystem. • Manage partner metrics and reporting end-to-end, tracking pipeline and revenue by partner and shipping weekly and monthly dashboards to leadership.
• Own end-to-end strategic relationships with APAC's largest capital allocators (HNW individuals, family offices, prop desks, DATs, and CEXes) through Attio with personalized, high-touch outreach calibrated to each relationship, to grow Morpho's active loan book in the region. • Build the APAC lender and borrower book by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding net-new participants across Greater China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, and Japan through a dedicated pipeline strategy operated from Attio. • Source, scope, and structure bespoke deals (fixed-rate loans, multi-collateral facilities, gated curator vaults, structured obligations) by coordinating directly with Curators to create and close custom opportunities for APAC allocators. • Hold the desk during APAC market hours by monitoring book health through volatility events, coordinating with Curators to source borrows for incoming supply, and routing them to the right vaults without escalating to New York. • Run bilingual education in the market (Mandarin-language webinars, explainers, and differentiation sheets) to build Morpho's brand among crypto institutional allocators in Mandarin-speaking markets. • Be the voice of APAC inside Morpho by feeding structured product requirements, oracle and custody needs, and region-specific signals back to Product, Protocol, and Curator teams to help shape Midnight's APAC go-to-market.
• Research and design new lending mechanisms, liquidation strategies, and oracle integrations with the protocol team to ship production-ready improvements that extend Morpho's capabilities. • Write and review production Solidity code for smart contracts securing significant TVL, prioritising correctness, gas efficiency, and simplicity. • Lead medium-to-large protocol initiatives end-to-end, from research through design, implementation, and deployment, potentially coordinating across multiple teams. • Think adversarially about protocol design, identifying attack vectors, edge cases, and failure modes before they reach production. • Prototype new protocol ideas using formal analysis, simulation, or verification to validate mechanism design before committing to full implementation. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and leadership on architecture decisions to keep Morpho's protocol stack coherent and minimal. • Review the team's research and conduct literature reviews to bring external insights and challenge existing designs with fresh perspectives.
• Own the events calendar end to end • Plan and run hosted experiences around the events that matter most to us • Lead Morpho-owned conferences from concept to execution • Track speaking and sponsorship opportunities across the industry • Manage merch and branded collateral tied to events • Lead vision and creative direction for internal events, office experience, and offsites
