Role Description We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our growing international team and help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across our global remote organization. As our HR Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and help us grow a high-performing international team. A Day in the Life of an HR Recruiter at GTE - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across different departments. - Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. - Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on role requirements and company values. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. - Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment priorities. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Keep applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation accurate and up to date. - Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging job postings and promoting career opportunities. - Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase hiring efficiency and quality.
