Role Description We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the team at Workstream. In this role, your primary focus will be supporting our Robotics team by recruiting top technical and operational talent across the U.S., the Philippines, and other international markets. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams that power our robotics platform and help drive our next stage of growth. In addition to supporting our Robotics organization, you'll also assist with hiring for roles across our SaaS platform as business needs arise. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting across a variety of functions, geographies, and levels, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role follows U.S. business hours and requires close collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional partners primarily based in the United States. Candidates should be comfortable working a U.S. time zone schedule. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities, skilled at assessing qualifications and cultural fit, and experienced in recruiting for specialized and hard-to-fill roles. You'll have a direct impact on scaling both our Robotics and SaaS teams while helping shape the future of Workstream's global organization. Schedule: This role follows U.S. Pacific Time (PST/PT) business hours to ensure close collaboration with our U.S.-based hiring managers, recruiting team, and cross-functional stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working a regular PST/PT schedule, which typically falls overnight in the Philippines, and maintaining consistent overlap with the U.S. team. Day in the Life: - Drive the recruitment process from end to end, removing blockers and driving to a close. - Review and analyze resumes using our ATS software (Greenhouse), and the Workstream Hiring app. - Proactively source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including different job boards and social media. - Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies against prioritized requisitions. - Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within our dynamic startup environment. - Manage various positions across different teams, including but not limited to sales, customer support, finance, and technology. - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, set expectations, and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines. - Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance. - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform and refine our recruitment approach. - Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to enhance and streamline the recruiting process. - Contribute to the growth of Workstream's Recruiting function by developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team. Qualifications - At least 2 years experience in international recruitment, with the ability to manage a diverse range of roles effectively. - Proficiency in leveraging various recruitment tools and platforms to source and engage candidates. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey job opportunities and requirements. - Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams. - Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and evaluate their alignment with our startup culture and values. - Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with diverse teams. - High ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
