Role Description Own and optimize the enterprise WAN and SD-WAN environment, ensuring resilient, high-performance connectivity across geographically distributed locations and critical business operations. Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex WAN and routing issues, leading root-cause analysis and restoring service across large-scale, multi-site production networks. Drive continuous improvement of the network platform through SD-WAN optimization, upgrades, migrations, and operational enhancements across Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN environments. Qualifications - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred. - 8–10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience. - Proven experience supporting large-scale, geographically distributed WAN environments. - Expert-level experience with Cisco Meraki SD-WAN and Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN (Viptela). - Strong expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, route redistribution, policy control). - Strong expertise in WAN operations, failover, and traffic optimization. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-site network issues under pressure. - Experience working in mission-critical, high-availability environments. - Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). - Additional certifications strongly preferred: Cisco SD-WAN Specialist / Concentration exams, CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure). Role Description We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our global team and help design, implement, and maintain our private and public cloud infrastructure. This role involves contributing to the maintenance and operation of network components, with a focus on building smart, scalable, and easy to maintain automated solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working in a large-scale enterprise or global cloud service provider network, with strong knowledge of networking principles, and an understanding of networking in AWS, GCP and Azure.
