Role Description This role is offered on a Permanent basis. It is a flexible role, with the option to work fully remotely or from any of our UK office locations. We’re looking for a skilled and solutions-focused SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Global People Technology team. Middle & Back Office Vendor and Licensing Specialist

Role Description This role is accountable for Middle and Back Office application contract management portfolio and for ensuring we have a clear lifecycle plan for our applications so that we avoid them becoming end of life or out of support. You will manage contract renewals for these applications globally underpinning our Middle & Back Office platforms. The portfolio of applications will evolve to meet the needs and growth of the RS Group business across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. The role also provides hands-on operational oversight of managed service suppliers, ensuring contractual service obligations, SLAs and commercial commitments are met. What You Will Be Doing - Maintenance of the policies, standards and processes needed to support the contractual renewal process and working closely with Finance to ensure proactive budget forecasting. - Ensure that all supporting documents are executed in a timely manner to support the contract renewal framework. - Responsible for shaping Investment proposals, raising purchase orders and ensuring a consistent process for invoice approvals. - Budget management of the operating costs for Application services including being responsible for the monthly and annual forecasting of these budgets. - Responsible for the compliance and governance of managing vendor licence agreements & entitlements through our service partners covering usage, renewals & license rationalisation. - Responsible for the financial management and controls for the relevant contract costs including invoice approvals, and the identification and delivery of any appropriate service credits. - Collaborate with Service Design and Integration (SD&I), the application support partners, technology teams, PMO (Project Management office) to ensure contracts and financial data is captured, documented and correctly managed when new services are introduced into Middle & Back Office teams. - Support Keep the Lights program by working with the Technology Delivery teams to ensure these and any other projects requiring changes to Application services are successfully delivered to time, cost and quality. - Responsible for the effective management of financial data, knowledge, operating procedures etc. related to Middle & Back Office application services, and the maintenance of appropriate service catalogues or portfolios. - Identify and implement appropriate cost saving opportunities related to contract renewals. - Ensure that vendors provide quotes in a timely fashion, engaging procurement where needed to support contract renewal negotiations. - Initiate Continuous Improvement activities leveraging internal teams and external partners to reduce costs and bring greater efficiencies where possible, particularly where Transformation activities are within the service partners contract. - Maintain financial reporting for Middle & Back Office application services, aligned to IS&T standards. - Support the monitoring of supplier performance against SLAs, OLAs and contractual commitments, escalating issues to the Managed Services Manager where required. Role Description As a member of RS’ EMEA Corporate Account team and direct report to the VP Corporate Accounts for EMEA, the EMEA Industry Sector Director is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for Process Manufacturing industries (Food & Beverage, Chemical Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals), across the EMEA region. Role Description This is a field-based role, and we are currently looking for someone based on the West Coast of Norway. Role Description The Key Account Manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, and the key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. The Head of Value-Added Solutions is a critical role within the UK Sales structure, responsible for driving commercial strategy, accelerating revenue growth, and developing strong customer partnerships across all sectors. Working in partnership with the Heads of Corporate, Internal and Field Sales teams, this role provides strategic leadership to the Business Development Managers within the Value-Added Solutions sales team, ensuring the delivery of profitable sales performance, market expansion, and exceptional customer experience. What you will bring - A background of excelling in senior sales leadership. - Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustained revenue and margin growth. - Deep understanding of Value-Added solutions, standards, and customer requirements. - Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive strategy. - Experience leading and developing geographically dispersed sales teams. - Demonstrate an experience of working with or supporting an industrial maintenance strategy, a MRO procurement strategy, eProcurement, or managed inventory solutions. - Demonstrate an ability to matrix manage across multiple stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. - Demonstrate experience of success through applying a consultative solution-based sales technique. Role Description The Key Account Manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, and the key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed. Change Analyst Location: Remote (UK) Permanent RS Group is looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join our Service Operations team. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can coordinate and govern change activity across the organisation, ensuring a consistent, controlled, and well-managed approach. You will play a key role in operating the Change Management process end-to-end, acting as a central point of contact for all change-related activity while working closely with stakeholders across the business. What you’ll be doing - Manage the Change Management process end-to-end, ensuring adherence to governance and best practices. - Act as a key point of contact within Service Operations for all Change Management activities. - Review and coordinate global product changes and system releases. - Ensure robust business impact and risk assessments are completed and validated. - Plan and communicate business/service outages and maintenance windows. - Coordinate and facilitate weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. - Engage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels. - Maintain and communicate the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC). - Conduct post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and improvement actions. - Track and ensure completion of improvement actions, with appropriate stakeholder sign-off. - Support the Release Management process and attend Release Board and Project Release meetings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and internal resolver teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives through trend analysis and insight. - Contribute to Problem Management activities, particularly for major or recurring incidents. - Produce and present key reports, metrics, and performance insights. - Participate in monthly governance meetings with managed service providers (MSPs). About you You’re a highly organised and confident Change Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and ensuring processes are followed without compromising agility. You bring a structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge where needed and drive improvements. What you’ll need - Experience in IT Operations or Service Support within a global or regional organisation. - Strong working knowledge of ITIL v4 and its practical application. - Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service improvement initiatives. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach.
