Role Description We're looking for a highly versatile Print & Digital Graphic Designer to become the dedicated creative production engine behind our retail marketing campaigns. This role combines both print production and digital design into one position, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across a wide variety of formats while delivering consistently high-quality work. You'll work independently from creative briefs, producing polished, brand-consistent assets that are ready for print, publication, or launch. You'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to a professional standard across every customer touchpoint. This role is split across three key focus areas: - 50% – Print Design & Production - Design brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, signage, point-of-sale materials, pull-up banners, window decals and retail collateral - Prepare press-ready artwork with correct specifications and print production standards - Ensure all print materials follow brand guidelines and maintain exceptional attention to detail - Produce marketing collateral that is accurate, consistent and ready for production - 40% – Digital Design - Create website graphics, landing page assets, hero banners and email marketing graphics - Design digital advertising assets for Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms - Produce social media graphics, app graphics, icons and digital campaign assets - Optimise creative for different platforms and screen sizes while maintaining brand consistency - 10% – Brand Consistency & Creative Support - Design professional corporate presentations and internal marketing collateral - Work closely with the marketing team to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines - Continuously improve templates, workflows and production efficiency where appropriate Qualifications - 3+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer working across both print and digital media - Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop - Strong working knowledge of Figma - Experience preparing press-ready artwork and understanding print production processes - Demonstrated experience creating digital advertising and social media assets - Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills - Strong understanding of brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency - Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Able to work independently with minimal supervision Requirements - Nice to Have - Experience designing retail marketing collateral - Agency or fast-paced in-house marketing experience - Experience creating large-format signage and point-of-sale materials - Motion graphics or basic animation experience - Experience designing for eCommerce brands - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web design principles Benefits - Fully remote position - Work with an experienced and collaborative marketing team - Opportunity to work across both print and digital campaigns - Variety of creative projects spanning multiple marketing channels - Long-term career progression opportunities - Competitive salary based on experience

The job's primary responsibilities are to create maps, diagrams and other graphics for breaking news and planned stories as part of a regular weekend shift. You will identify sharp visual angles and collaborate with other Graphics staff and Times journalists to publish timely visual stories. You will conceive of new lines of reporting, execute fast-turn graphics, and produce and edit news graphics on deadline. On some occasions, your work will include editing responsibilities for breaking news coverage when you are working with other Graphics staff and journalists from other desks. The Graphics team is a group of visual thinkers with a shared vision to creatively cover the news and develop design solutions in a collaborative setting. This is an in-office position based in New York City on a Wednesday-Sunday schedule and includes regular attendance in the office.
